Poutník gift voucher — value good for any vehicle, dates and extras. The recipient chooses when and where to go.
1. Pick a value and design
Choose an amount (or a custom amount in steps of 100 CZK) and one of five voucher designs.
2. Pay by bank transfer or QR code
We'll send you the payment details by email and show them on screen right after you submit the order.
3. The voucher arrives by email
Once we match your payment (usually within 1 business day), we'll send the finished voucher with its code, ready to print.
How does the recipient redeem the voucher?
They enter the voucher code in the booking form on autapoutnik.cz (the "Have a gift voucher?" field), or read it out over the phone on +420 723 707 958. The value is deducted from the booking price.
How long is the voucher valid?
12 months from the day the payment arrives — the expiry date is always printed on the voucher.
Can it be combined with a discount code?
Yes. The voucher is a method of payment, not a discount — it works alongside any valid discount code.
What happens to an unused balance?
It stays on the voucher and can be used on a future booking until the voucher's expiry date.
Can the voucher be refunded in cash or passed on to someone else?
It cannot be exchanged for cash. It's a bearer voucher — whoever holds the code can redeem it, so you're welcome to pass it on.
