Pick up and return the vehicle in Prague or Pilsen.
For a surcharge we deliver the vehicle anywhere across the Czech Republic — 12 CZK/km from the nearer branch (Prague / Pilsen).
Vehicle handover and return
The standard pickup and return times are included in the price. You can choose an early pickup or a late return right in the booking for a one-off surcharge.

An early pickup or a late return is only possible if our operations allow it and the vehicle has no other booking immediately before or after yours — we'll check availability and confirm.
Outside 8:00–20:00 we'll arrange it by phone on +420 723 707 958. An unagreed late return follows the fee schedule (400 CZK for each started hour, over 3 hours the daily rate +50%).
Where you can take a 4×4
Allowed
Paved and unpaved public roads, forest and field tracks where entry is permitted, and snow.
Not allowed
Races and timed drives, off-road parks and test tracks, driving off marked tracks, fords deeper than 45/40 cm, beaches, dunes and frozen water.
Terrain without worry — with the Carefree package the excess is capped at CZK 5,000 and the deposit is lower.

Off-road limits (from 19 Sep 2026)
- Fording max. 45 cm (Land Cruiser) / 40 cm (Mercedes X) — up to the wheel hub, walking pace only
- Low range L4/4L max. 25 km/h, unpaved tracks max. 50 km/h
- Tyre pressure off-road at least 1.8 bar, reinflate before tarmac
- Off-road in daylight only, side slope max. 20°
- With the roof tent max. 80 km/h, closed only
- Prohibited terrain = CZK 13,000 contractual penalty + full damages, not covered by any package
